Alkalized cocoa powder

Alkalized cocoa powder is to aid edible alkali to adjust the Ph value.At the same time, the powder becomes darker in color and has richer flavor. Based on natural cocoa beans which through screening, roasting, jordaning, alkalization, sterilizing, machine squeezing, milling and other process, then to be made as cocoa powder with natural cocoa fragrance. 

The Ph value of alkalized cocoa powder is usually between 6.2 and 7.5.It has a broader range of application than natural cocoa powder. Generally speaking, natural cocoa powder is not used in the production of liquid products , as its solubility is about 30%.Alkalized cocoa powder should be the material or ingredient of any kinds of food.
