Natural cocoa powder is a sort of light brown cocoa powder which through cocoa bean to be processed without adding any ingredients. Based on natural cocoa beans which through screening, roasting, jordaning, sterilizing, machine squeezing, milling and other process, then to be made as cocoa powder with natural cocoa fragrance.
The Ph value of natural cocoa powder is usually between 5.0 and 5.8.It contains more organic and volatile acid who has higher acidity with a color of brown. Natural cocoa powder is mostly used in the production of chocolate and confection.
